The Town Board of the Town of Cross, Buffalo County, Wisconsin is accepting sealed bids for Double chip sealing using 100% fractured Dark Granite Chip for the following LRIP (Local Road Improvement Program ) project:
River Road 2.65miles in ½ mile segments
Sealed bids are due by 6:00pm Wednesday, June 9th, 2021

Sealed bids will be opened and read aloud at the Town Board meeting that begins at 6:00pm Wednesday, June 9th, 2021 at the Cross Town Hall (W614 Buehler Valley Road, Fountain City, Wisconsin).
The Town of Cross reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part thereof. Unless the bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
